The original FOGACCI® vapor control® patent combines two pots in one, creating a double wall of 18/10 stainless steel, and a special steam-forming cavity in between. A dedicated valve controls the intensity of the steam, guaranteeing a strictly constant temperature never exceeding 105°C, whatever the temperature of the stove.
